What was needed:
The clients loved a home they used to live in, and wanted to incorporate that
kitchen in this home. Their budget was tight, and the home needed to fit their property.
The mountain property
Our first step:
The site visit showed a complicated property with a mountain view. Photographs
and measurements were taken to plan the home to fit the site.

The plan was created to fit on the slope with windows facing the view. The kitchen
was planned as much like their former home as possible but everything was also
limited by their budget.
This home was built, and the clients told me they loved their mountain retirement home.
